Fiction Synopsis: 

This story will take place in two main countries, England and then later in Hong Kong.  It is a tale about a girl (Michelle Yip) growing up in loneliness and feeling insecure.  She comes from a broken family with a shattered childhood.  As she steps into the adults world, will her world patch up to be better or shatter even more…? 

Vicki Zhao will be the supporting female character in this story.  She is a rational and wise girl who helps Michelle through hard times.  She is an orphan who is fights back her emotions to be rational.   

Wallace Huo is the leading male character in this story.  He grows up in a single parent family, but stays mostly with his grandparents.  He is a brilliant genius who enters Harvard at 15 and achieved his Doctorate (PHD) degree in Law by the age of 19.   

There are many supporting casts (over 2 parts; *bold names for first part): Raymond Lam, Kenneth Ma, Alec Su, Victor Huang, Leo Ku, Niki Chow, Tavia Yeung, Kevin Cheng, Leila Tong, Ron Ng, Myolie Wu, Jessica Hsuan, Louis Koo, Steven Ma, Charmaine Sheh  As the venue shifts from England to Hong Kong the different roles takes turns having their significance. 

Yes, readers, I'm back with another story after finishing Destination : Death and currently working on finishing Intersection. One way street is still in progress too!

When humans had gone over limited, new species come back, just like in the past. Vampires, underworld creature develop themselves after some thousand years in the shadow. Because of human stupidity of killing themselve, creating war and all of this for money, they have forgotten about the real need of life, survive. When someone is too preocupied in something, they forget about eveything else and it's the perfect time for others to get in and change everything.

However, every hearts have their soft side. Then it come when different creature mixed up together. Vampire doesn't need human's blood to survive anymore nor are they scared of light. After many thousands eyars, they did have time to develop.

Life is no longer esay on this world. While vampires are trying to take over human's ressource, slayers tried to stop them. What happen when one of th emost outrageous vampire meets up with an invincible slayers?

WOW....I'm nervous. This is my first fanfic and i really don't know what to write. I guess i have writer's block but i do have an idea about the plot of my story. It might be awhile before i actually start writing so bear with me! :) BTW, can anyone make me a poster for this story? I lack the experience to do one. LOL. If you're interested, just make a comment. Thanx and enjoy the story!

Unpredictable affairs revolves around the police station - vigilant police force and the forensic department. Unpredictable affairs focused on the cases that the police has to handle. The cases are definitely practical and are not like those cases in the channel 8 serial 'Beyond the axis of truth'.

Michelle's parents left her in this lonely world to fend for herself when she was at the age of 8 and there's a dark secret behind her parents'death anticipating for her to uncover. Raymond's parents were bosom friends with Michelle's parents and furthermore Michelle's parents even helped the Lam family to overcome a business crisis therefore they decided to take good care of Michelle. Raymond's parents doted on Michelle alot and treat her like their own flesh and blood. Raymond's more than happy to have Michelle as his sister, he's awfully nice to Michelle too, he always gives in to her and treat her like a queen.

Michelle is an exceptionally bright girl, she managed to secure the first three in the level every year. She even won a president's scholarship and went to further her studies abroad, the Lam family never had to worry for her. Michelle not only excel in her studies, she also represented the school in several international windsurfing competition and never fails to emerge as champion. Moreover, she's pretty and elegant - boys drool at the sight of her while girls only get to stand aside in the presence of her.

Raymond is Michelle's foster brother. He always give the best to Michelle and took good care of Michelle when his parents go abroad for some business matters. Raymond aspires to become a CID when he grows up in order to protect Michelle and he did fulfil his aspiration. Raymond performs well in his job and gets promoted quickly, he's dedicated to his duty as well.

Wallace's born with a silver spoon in his mouth, however, he isn't happy. His younger sister got kidnapped at the age of 7 and got killed by the kidnappers. Coincidentally, Wallace's father, Gerrald Huo (Lau Dan), went overseas for a big business deal during that period of time leaving Wallace's mum, Mary Hon (Mary Hon), lost and worried therefore Mary Hon reported this case to the police. Gerrald Huo (Lau Dan) blame his wife, Mary Hon, for causing the death of her beloved daughter and out of anger, he chased Mary out of the Huo family.

Wallace was a star player of Rugger at school. He even represented England on one big occasion and played as wing three for the Harlequins. Wallace had a high profile in school and is the dream guy of almost every girl - smart, rich, gifted, handsome and with an incomparable personality. Wallace oozes charm and confidence. He's sharp and alert and is 100% accurate at shooting therefore he's one of the best CID around. Wallace greatest fear is to fall in love because he do not wish to get into a serious relationship as there's a bullet shot in his head that will explode anytime and will take his life away, leaving his loved ones hurt. Wallace got shot right in his head when he was on duty 3 years ago and he miraculously survived.

Myolie has been good friends with Michelle since primary school and they are perfect partners at work too. They're so close that some people even mistook them for lesbians and this made them laugh their heads off. Myolie's a very capable woman too and abides by her principle. Both Michelle and her work in the forensic department in the police station and put in their best effort.

The girls

Michelle Yip=25 years old. Write a media/gossip column of the famous Vogue. She is romantic, but her sarcastic side keep her in balance.She thinks she's fat and attracted to dark-type guys. Although she is being dumped many times, the self-professed Loser-of_Love never lose her sense of humor.

Zhang Ting= 26 years old. Do not think of her as a cute bubbly girl because of her dimples. She's a private detective and after 5 years of spying on cheating spouses lead her to believe that all men are unfaithful spawns of satan and that love does not exist. She likes to use her beauty to, in her own words, "punish men and make them pay for all the pain they caused other women".

Shirley Dai= 24 years old nurse. The opposite of Jessica. She is innocent and extremely romantic to the point that she attended "The Titanic Forever Love" fan club for 5 years in a row. Seeing her so nice and perky, few could see the unbearable pain she kept below the surface.

The Boys

Wallace Huo= 27 years old movie director. He's a top-class womanizer, but he have very high standards due to his awesome exterior shell and his career being surrounded by models and actresses. He is extremely arrogant and have commitment-phobia.

Dicky Cheung= 28 years old car salesman. Because of his outstanding skills, he could sweet talk anyone into sleeping with him, or maybe women sleep with him so he would shut up. He think love is just a chemical reaction in the brain and you can prevent it with booze and a healthy doze of non-commitment sex. Like Wallace, he's a bachelor, but his standards are much much lower.

Eric Suen= 27 years old. He is sweet compared to Wallace and Dicky.His killer smile could get him any woman he want but he's a bit shy. He's an orphan at birth so he desperately wanted a family, but after years of hanging out with Dicky and Wallace, he no longer think that family is a good thing. He is a doctor of a children hospital, so he spend his days trying to get away from the endless pursuit of single moms who got the hots for him.

Other minor characters

Steven= Michelle's ex-boyfriend who dump her, yet later on change his mind.

Fan Bing Bing= She try to marry Dicky, through his mom. Although she loves Dicky's millionaire chain of car shops more than him.

HE can’t see them, but HE can hear them well enough. The strained conversation, that anguish in the guy’s voice, the suppressed emotion, HE can hear them all.
“I’ve told you, Ray, that anyone who falls for me will die most horribly! You should know that from day one!”

The guy finally kept quiet, and HE look at the reflection in the window in curiosity. Why did the guy not talk? But the guy did, after a few long seconds.

“We never did start, and you wanted to end it all already. As all your relationships ended.”

“They never got started either, so how could they ever end?”

“Only you know it best.”

The chair the guy sat in screeched backwards, drawing stares from a number of people in the café. Seeing the guy left the café, HE finally dared to turn around to peep at the girl. HIS back was to the guy’s back previously, which prevented HIM from enjoying the whole “show”. And when HE turned back, HIS heart almost dropped. Not by the face, but by her eyes. They held nothing but tiredness as they stared blankly at her cold drink.

And then they turn to stare at HIM.

Hi everyone! Enjoy the story so far??? Yep, it’s me again!

I’ve no doubt that a lot of readers probably won’t know who I am. As written right on top, I’m Curbsideice. I’ve written loads and loads and loads of fanfics, but they’re all traced back to like…two years ago? Around there, I guess. I used to write Energy stories, if anyone can remember at all. I was a great fan of theirs, and wow. My writing speed was amazingly…fast. But that a past already, isn’t it?

So why am I writing a Wallace Huo and Michelle Yip fanfic right now? All I can say is, two very charming people will make a very nice story. It’s nice to see that while doing the poster, I haven’t really lost my touch. And I hope that while writing my fanfic, I’ll realize that I didn’t lose my touch as well.

She’s Raymond sister. Hyper, cute girl who goes around hanging out with her friends. Bosco attracted her and she starts making friends with him. Being a professional playboy, bosco plays with her but trouble comes.

He’s a celebrity who is admired by many girl fans. He’s a newcomer to co-star in lofty water verdant bow with michelle yip. He and michelle grow to like each other after eternal happiness. Many people support this couple.

She likes Raymond after working together once; she’s a nice and friendly celebrity. She’s afraid that if the love continues, TVB might stop them and even “frozen” them. She hesitates at first but when Elaine makes her entrance, she gives it all out.

Ron ng
He’s a devoted man once finds the one he love. He is married to Nancy wu later. He finds it guilty when he didn’t wait for tammy’s return and left her to fight the battle alone. There’s a misunderstanding between Tammy and Ron.

-you're my wife. I'm sorry to leave you alone for the battle.

Nancy wu
She’s a mature, understanding woman. Ron told her about tammy before but hides the fact of reason for breakup and her condition. Tammy comes back, she thinks of giving up Ron but want to let it be natural and wait for Ron to make the decision.

She goes out with Ron and one day meets her previous boyfriend, Ambrose. Her feelings stirred up at that time when she saw him but he’s drunk. Tammy has no choice but to bring him to her house. She discover she have cancer and have no choice but to go America for treatment.

A smile is to show joy and happiness. It is to last and never fade like the amaranth flowers. Their colours are always lasting and never fading. Sadly, that is not possible. A smile neither lasts nor does it forever show happiness. Within that beautiful smile lies a deep pain of sorrows within. It is only but a masquerade to keep the sorrows remaining in the dark. But a smile never last. It can not withstand the pain forever. It will crack. Break. Disappear. Fade. Nothing lasts forever, not even a simple smile. It is only a matter of time.

She may smile before him, but that smile will not reflect happiness, joy or blissfulness. All that is there is a veil to hide the silent tears, hide the sorrows and cast away the pain. But it can never last. No, a smile will never last. She may stand before him with a crescent curve upon her lips but it will never shine. It will eventually fade away, for it is nothing but an evanescent smile……

The lamp posts lit up as soon as the sun went down. The playground was now empty. Everyone has left but will return once the moon fades. The playground now belongs to them and them alone. It was filled with many memories of bitter-sweetness that not even the air is tasteless.

“Why did you bring me here? This place is but a barren land where beautiful things began to wither away. The toxic atmosphere and the dark clouds which continue to hover above this place will never dissipate. All will be the same and can never go back to what it was before. Beautiful and with life”, she said sadly as she walked under the light.

He could only force a smile as the window in his eyes opened to his thoughts. “Even the most scorching desert becomes beautiful after a night of rainfall. I never really noticed how beautiful your smile was. Unfortunately, it never lasts. I can only catch a glimpse of it but can never gaze upon it like the crescent moon”, he said with a warm smile.

That night the sky was unstable. The clouds began to thicken and darkened as the light was slowly fading away. Gently, droplets of rain began to fall from the dark clouds hovering above. He stared at her intently with both hands placed against the bark of the tree. She is now trapped, trapped between him and her weeping willow tree. Their eyes came into alignment as they glared painful daggers at one another.

“Is it that fun to bestow such pain upon my soul? Is it that fun to see me slowly dying alive?” he interrogated her coldly, his vicious eyes glaring at her menacingly.

Her eyes were burning with fire as she stared at him full of hatred. The thunders began to roar as the sounds of droplets danced along the verdant grass. “I have done nothing to you but to appear in your life once more. You are the one who is causing these sorrows to devour me whole”, she exclaimed as her eyes glistened. “Damn you…”

Hitting the side of his fist against the tree, he leaned in closer to her and hissed harshly, “I have never hated anyone more than I hate you. I hate you.”

As he continued to whisper more hateful words, he leaned in closer and closer, leaving little room for her to breathe. He did not realize that their lips slightly touched until thunder roared and lightning struck the night sky.

“I thank you for allowing me to taste the bitter-sweetness of a foolish love. Thank you for teaching me such a valuable lesson on love. I will never forget all that you have done and given me”, she said in a soft whisper, trying to hold back the tears brimming in her eyes. “The game is now officially over, there is no more restart…”

Watching the tears form in her eyes brought him nothing but heartache. As he held his hand up to wipe away her fallen tears, she took a step back and turned her head away. “Am I really that despicable for you to not want me to be neither near you nor touch you?” he asked painfully.

All she could do was chuckle bitterly before turning to walk away, not looking back nor stopping for a moment. She was hurt by him once and cannot be hurt by him again. One experience of a broken heart lasts forever.

“Don’t mistaken and think so highly of yourself. I am not a fool to fall for you twice, neither am I blind to not see your true self. All I want is for you to go back to where you came from. You are not welcomed here!” he exclaimed in rage.
